Where do we Overlook Disability?


Visible disabilities matter, but so do the invisible ones that people manage quietly every day.

In many workplaces, support is unintentionally shaped around what can be seen. But real inclusion requires recognizing the conditions and needs that aren’t immediately obvious.
By acknowledging both, leadership can strengthen communication and create environments where employees can perform at their best.
